Launching the Culinary Industry's Honorary Awards

Asia's Excellent Taste Awards, the first prestigious culinary award in Vietnam, was officially launched in 2024. This award honors Chefs, Restaurants, Food and Beverage products. It allows individuals and businesses to enhance their reputation and strengthen brand recognition through international certification, a testament to their culinary excellence and innovation.

Asia’s Excellent Taste Awards are judged by a panel of leading Asian culinary experts who promise to bring unique culinary experiences.

The award ceremony will be held in March 2025 at the Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 exhibition (International Center for Exhibition, 91 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi). The program will honor the winning individuals/organizations, and prestigious industry Associations will participate. It promises an emotional honor event for those who create the region's rich culinary culture.

In addition, the evaluation and selection process is carried out by a prestigious jury, including culinary experts and representatives from international culinary organizations: UNESCO Chairs, Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA), Best of Gastronomie, Global Chefs Union (GCU), World IAC, Culinary Innovation Centre For Training & Development, UK Curry Connect (UKCC) and 5 Gold Star of the Kitchen. With extensive experience and knowledge, the jury will ensure the evaluation process is fair, objective, and professional.
